The technology of high-precision definition of orientation and coordinates of space vehicle of observation of the Earth with use of data from the film-making instrumentation, providing identification of a set of ground checkpoints in a satellite picture and on a card, fixation of the image to a card on these points and the subsequent recovery of physical model of motion of space vehicle is offered during shooting. Proposals on creation of a special software-hardware complex of remote sensing of the Earth (RSE) data processing realizing the specified technology are prepared and proved. Modules of the special software are developed. The developed software can be maintained in a structure of a special software-hardware complex of RSE data processing in following elements of a ground information complex and a ground complex of control: - At the Head developer of a space system - for the control of meeting the technical requirements of a system regarding satellite shooting and an optimization of design solutions on creation of components of a satellite; - At the developer of the guidance subsystem orientation - for the control of functioning of the subsystem of definition and attitude control and an optimization of design solutions of its improvement; - In mission control center - for the control of an angular position and coordinates of a satellite in addition to nominal means of trajectory measurements; - In Main center of a reception and data processing and on user's points of a reception of the information - for high-precision geographical fixation of satellite pictures with use geolocation files.
