It was shown that the degree of degradation of such mirrors depends strongly on a sub-structure of the film. It follows from obtained results that film mirrors can be an alternative to the bulk metal mirrors from the same metals on conditions that their fabrication would be much cheaper in comparison with the cost of the metallic mirrors fabrication.
