Prognostic criterions and incidence of preeclampsia in pregnants with APS have been determined. Two clinical variants of APS development have been defined. Peculiarities of uterine blood flow and microcirculation in pregnants with APS have been revealed. Method of APS prophylactic treatment has been worked out. It has allowed to decrease as twice the incidence of preeclampsia. Method of using of low-molecular heparin combined with essenciale and acetylsalicylic acid for APS therapy has been suggested. The results of SRW have been inculcated in practice of maternity homes in Dniepropetrovsk, Donetsk. Fields of using are gynecological and obstetrical departments of maternity homes.
