The aim of the work is the creation of new alloying principles of high-chromium ferrite (HCF) to completely remove the polimorphic transformation in it and to obtain the steels with purely ferritic structure, high weldability and other necessary properties. Methods of investigation which have been used: optical metallography, X-rays structure analysis, dilatometeric researches, mechanical tests. Results of the work: the influance of metallurgical parameters on operating properties of ferritic stainless steels have been established. The parametors of resistance and argon-are welding that formates the succest microstructure and provide the satisfactory impact strenth of welded joint have been defined. Parametors of auxiliary heat treatment that provide improvement of sheet-forming have been defined. Range of application is aero-spase and machine-building industry.
