Research purpose - putting into production in conditions of O.J.S.C."Ukrniio named after Berezhnoy" the manufacture technology of rammed mullitecorundum mixes without addition and with addition of spinel on phosphate and boronphosphate binders. Research methods - physicochemical, petrographical, thermomechanical. The advisability of an employment in the mix composition MMK-88 of dispersive alumina of brand CTC-30 is shown. An introduction into the composition of the mix of above mentioned alumina will allow to increase a compression strength ( by 1,3 -2,0 times) and to increase a slag resistance ( 1,3 times) of samples produced from it. In conditions of O.J.S.C"Ukrniio named after A.S.Bereshnoy" the manufacture technology of earlier developed rammed mullitecorundum spinel containing mix of MMKШФ brand was mastered and this mix is characterized by increased resistance to an action of slag ( by 2 times) compared with a mix MMK-88. Earlier developed manufacture technology of rammed mullitecorundum mix of MMKБФ brand containing a complex boronphasphate binder was introduced into practice. An employment of above mentioned binder makes possible to increase the garantee conservation term at the expense of on exclusion of freezing possibility of mix during the winter and of its drying out at a summer time. Industrial tests of trial lots of brands ММКШФ and ММКБФ. In O.J.S.C"Ukrniio named after A.S.Bereshnoy" trial lots of rammed mullitecorundum mix MMK-88 and products on its basis were produced. These trial lots were trenfered to the possession of metallurgical and machinebuilding plants of Ukraine. The work should be continued for the purpose of subseguent perfaction of MMK-88 rammed mix manufacture technology and increasing of production volumes as well as of the mix employment on dry nonphosphate binder and corundum spinel mix on phosphate binder.
