Work purpose is putting into production in conditions of O.J.S.C"Ukrniio named after Berezhnoy" a mabufacture technology of castable mixes of perfacted composition. Research methods - physicochemical, petrographical, elecron-microscopic, physico-mechanical and thermomechanical. An influence of aluminas of different dispersivity extent (CT 3000SG; CTC-30, CT 800 SG) on properties of corundum brands СКпл-50-94, СКпл-60-92 and mullitecorundum brand СМКБ-1of castable mixes was researched. An employment possibility castable mixes of dispersive alumina of CTC-30 drfnd was established. An addition into a composition of castable mixes of dispersive alumina makes possible to increase the compression strength of samples produced from them approximately by 25-30%. An employment possibility of a corundum castable mix of CK пл-60-92 brand in this composition and of chamotte castable mix of brand СШБ efually with a troditionallyused plastizing addition of tripolyphosphate natrium, of plastigizing addition of Castament FS-10 and Castament FW-10 was ascertained. An employment of abovementioned additions allows to ensure service characteristics of this mix and vibrocast products made from it; as well as increasing of indice of the compression strength by 1,6-2,2 timesand 1,1 -1,2 times (for СКпл-60-92 and СШБ brand, accordingly) and decreasing of open porosity by 1,4 times. It was ascertained that addition into mullitesilica castable mix of the breakage of silicon carbide refractories makes possible to increase the thermal shoek resistance fromabove mentioned lastable mixby 10% that in the long run will ensure increasing a lining stability of heatgenerating sets.In conditions of O.J.S.C."Ukrniio named after A.S.Berezhnoy" the manufacture technology of following castable mixes was mastered: - corundum castable mix of brand СКпл-50-94 with a finely milled component containing alumina ГК-2; - corundum castable mix of brand СКпл-50-94 with decresed content of hydraaulie binder; - shamotte castable mix of СШБ brand containing as binder the mixture of highalumina and alumina cement; - mullitecorundum castable mix СМКБМ jn the hasis of usual corundum. In O.J.S.C."Ukrniio named after A.S.Berezhnoy" trial lots of corundum and alumosilicate castable mixes and products on their basis were products which were trausferred to the possession of metallurgical and machinebuilding plants of Ukraine. The work should be continued for the purpose of putting into production and using castable mixes, worked -out compositions and their subseguent perfecting.
