Work purpose - putting into production in conditions of O.J.S.C."Ukrniio named after A.S.Berezhnoy" a manufacture technology of low cement aluminasilicate castables of improved composition. Research methods - chemical, petrographical, physicomechanical and thermomechanical. An influence of different dispersing additions (ADS-1, ADW-1, Casterment FS-10 and Castament FW-10) on properties of low cement aluminasilicate castables was researched. An employment possibility in this composition of low cement castables equally with dispersing aluminas, of dispersive additions Castament FS-10 and Castament FW-10 was shown that will allow to broaden a natural raw materials reserve. An addition of disperse alumina brand CTC-30 in the composition of aluminasilicate low cement mullitecorundum castable ensuring an increase of strength indices of castable at service temperature by 15 - 20% was ascertained.The demand for supposed invention of the composition oflow cement mullitesilica castable submitled. The manufacture of such earlier developed compositions as low cement chamotte castable of СШНЦБ brand with an addition of alumina cement ГЦ-50-1equally with an employment of highalumina cement of brand ВГЦ-73 and mullitecorundum low cement castable of the brand СМКНЦБ with an addition of usual corundum was put into production in conditions of O.J.S.C."Ukrniio named after A.S.Berezhnoy. A trial lot of low cement mullite corundum castable of brand СМКНЦБ with dispersive addition Castament FS-10 was produced and tested with positive results. In accordance with a functioning normative documentation at the pilot-scale production of O.J.S.C."Ukrniio named after A.S.Berezhnoy" trial lots of low cement castables of brands СШНЦБ, СМКРНЦБ и СМКНЦБ were produced.The work should be continued for the purpose of subsequent perfecting a manufacture technology of low cement alumina silicate castables.
