Work purpose - putting in production in conditions of O.J.S.C. "Ukrniio named after A.S.Berezhnoy" of the manufacture technology of mullite corundum mortar on a dry phosphatous binder.Research methods are chemical, petrographical and thermomechanical. An influence of additives of alumina with different degru of dispersivity on properties of mullite corundum and mullite mortars was researched. Analysis of properties indices of trial compositions of mullite corundum and mullite mortars was carried out as a result of such analysis dependence of strength properties of mortars on dispersivity and on amount of alumina introduced additive was ascertained. Introduction advisability of into mortars of ММК-85-1 and MMЛ-62-1 of addition of reactive alumina of CTC-30 brand of vibroground alumina ГК-2 was ascertained. In accordance with requirements of normative documentation at the pilot-scael production of O.J.S.C."Ukrniio named afterA.S.Berezhnoy" the manufacture technology was mastered and a trial lot of mullite corundum mortar on a dry phosphatous binder of a brand MMKФ-85-1 was produced. This lot was used in a lining of a brick work fragment of soot reactor of Kremenchugsky plant of technical carbon. An employment of a dry phosphatous binder in the composition of a mullite corundum mortar instead of aqueous solution of orthophosphorous acid usually used during a manufacture of mortar solutions improves working conditions. A trial lot of mortar of MMK-85-1 brand was produced. The work should be continued for the purpose of researching new types of natural raw materials for the ofnatural raw base broade using in the case of mortars manufacture.
