Work purpose - perfecting the technology of cordierite containing products and alumosilicate anchors. Research methods - chemical and physico - mechanical. An influence research of different additions on increasing a compression strength of cordierite containing products of brand ШКДИ-1 and samples with compression strength in limits 62 - 66 MPa has been carried out. Determinations of the bending strength of chamottecordierite products and of cordierite ceramics was carried out. It was ascertained that this indice corresponds to a level of foreign analogues. Specific volume electrical resistance of cordieritecontaining products of brands КДИ and ШКДИ-1 was determined and it was shown that it is on the level of indices which are in line with corresponding cordierite materials of electrotechical purpose. New ТУУ were worked -out and asserted for refractory anchors in which new indices of properties of alumosilicate anchors wereintroduced: indice of open porosity - not less than 27% and indice of destructive loading at tension - not less than 500 N. Trial lots of cordierite containing products transfered to number of Ukrainian plants. Properties of products correspond to requriements of ТУ. Trial lots of product are transferred to the possesssion of customers in a full volume. The work should be continued for the purpose of subsequent improving a technology of cordierite containing products and a collection of data on the indices of the bending strength.
