Object: The improvement of treatment results in children with refractory solid malignant neoplasm by working out of the complex treatment intensified programs taking into account prognostic factors of resistance development. Results: According to the retrospective analysis data the nonadequate initial treatment and chemotherapy courses intervals prolongation are the probable factors of solid neoplasm secondary resistance development in children. Neoplasm therapeutic pathomorphism, neoajuvant chemotherapy duration, intratumoral localization dynamics, neoplasm DNA-index correlate with chemotherapy effectiveness and disease prognosis.
