The purpose of research - system engineering of working receptions which really would involve the majority of students of high schools in a healthy way of life and process of physical perfection and by that would promote preservation and strengthening of their health and physical readiness for active ability to live of high-efficiency work in a national economy. Methods of research at a stage: studying of references, the analysis of results of medical inspections and the State testing of physical preparation of students; questionnaire of heads of labors and creative collectives and students. For the first time the state of health and physical preparation of students which are trained in high schools of Ukraine are carefully analyzed, factors which promote strengthening of their health and increase of a level of physical preparation of student'syouth to active viability and the future professional work are established.
