Device testing for model solutions (glucose, urea, acetyl-and buturylcholine) have been carried out. A possibility of identification of toxic substances in solutions (heavy metals Hg, Cu, Co, Cd, Ni, Zn, Sn, Pb, Sr and phosphororganic pesticides) by residual activity of corresponding enzyme membrabes was studied. Optimal expluatation and saving conditions for enzyme membranes of 4 above types was defined. Windows-oriented programm Enzim2 for automatic control of device prototype have been developed.
