The most popular braces are low-profile thoracolumbosacral braces (Sheno's brace and Boston brace). Authors of the investigation developed technology of usaing and manufacturing of the low-profile thoracolumbosacral braces. New methodic of the gypstomy have been proposed at first time. This methodic allows to correct deformity in frontal and coronal planes. Distribution of the loading zones has been grounded. On clinical material (207 patients effectiveness of developed brace-orthoses) was proved, which allow to correct different types of the scoliotic deformity both in frontal and coronal planes. With developed by authors mathematical model investigation of the corrective influence of the spine has been researched. This allowed estimation of the character of strain distribution in the spine and their absolute values under correctiveexposure of the brace-orhtosis.
