The influence of superthin nuclear-electron interaction on the processes of spin-dependent recombination and on the spectrum of electrically-detected magnetic resonance have been taken into account. A base of self-consistent theory of atomic chains electrical properties on the dielectrical substrate have been built. Technology of thin organic semiconductor films creation has been elaborated and the influence of electrical and magnetic fields on their properties were studied. Statistical theory of giant magnetically induced deformation effect in Ni-Mn-Ga monocrystals has been designed; the function of effective mechanical tension was shown to change its sign at a defined value of the external magnetic field.
