This theory generalized known quantum mechanics results for electron coefficients of transition trough the potential barriers and reflection from them for the case of mixed interfaces (like non-ordered alloys), which are formed in layered nanostructures. In particular it has been shown that due to diffuse scattering electrons can reach areas, which are non-reachable for the scattering on ideal interfaces. It has been demonstrated also, that in addition to well known oscillations of the electron transition coefficients above the potential well the oscillations of the transition coefficients due to the real part of effective potential of scattering on non-ordered interfaced.
