Work purpose - manufacture technology finishing of products from zirconium dioxide stabilized with 10Y2O3 for sets intended for monocrystals grouring. Research methods - determination of chemical and phase compositions, as well as of physicoceramical indices of refractories properties from zirconium dioxide stabilized with 10% Y2O3. As a result of comparative laboratorial research of some technological factors - influence limit size of a filling agent grain and an amount of a finely milled component on the main indices of properties and in the first line compression strength, samples from ZrO2 stabilized with 10% Y2O3 optimum compositions were ascertained making possible to produce samples with high indices of properties: mass share ZrO2+HfO2 - 88,7%; Y2O3 - 10,05%; Fe2O3 - 0,11%; compr.= 70,0 - 75,0 MPa; P open= 20,2 - 22,5%; Pcompr.= 4,60 - 4,75 g/cm3 were ascertained. Abovementioned indices of properties excel analogous characteristics of samples from ZrO2 stabilized with 10% Y2O3 ( basic composition) as to indices of compression strength by 1,6 - 1,7 times, and open porosity by 1,5 - 2,3% (below). In O.J.S.C."Ukrniio named after A.S.Berzhnoy" in accordance with TI 24-IO-95-2003 trial lots of refractory products from zirconium dioxide stabilized with 24% Y2O3 as cover with 7 positions, as a disc with a lock connection with 1 position and as sector with a lock connection with 3 positions intended for sets for monocrystals growing as well as in accordance with TI 24-IO-94-2003 a heatinsulating powder of a fraction 3 - 2 mm from zirconium dioxide stabilized with 10% Y2O3 were produced. Produced refractory products are characterized by high indicesof properties and correspond to requirements of ТУУ 14-7-192-2000 with a change N 1 (brand ЦИС-2) and purchaser reguirements and they were delivered to purchasers in a full volume.
