Research methods - chemical, petrographical, roentgenphase analyseses of initial components composed of powders mixture for a rammed mix on the basis of ZrO2 stabilized with 10% Y2O3 on phosphatous binder it was ascertained that the firing temperature increase from 1750 up to 2000, 2200 and 2400 о C promotes a gradual densification and strengtheming of samples that is characterized by a successive increase of their indices of properties, apparent density and compression strength. The manufacture technology of mortar from ZrO2 stabilized with Y2O3 was worked out as well as application for supposed invention was handed in. The change N 1 to a technical specification ТУУ 26.2-00190503-249-2003 was worked out and was worked out and the change N 1 for the manufacture of this production was worked - out and approved. Rammed mix from ZrO2 stabilized with 10% Y2O3 worked-out in the institute was used for the first time in countries of independent states of common wealth in a lining of a reactor primary furnace for the manufacture of technical carbon at the service average temperature 1920 о C. Manufactured mixtures of powders for rammed mix are in line with reguirements ТУУ 26.2-00190503-249-2003 of СЦИН brand and mortar as to properties indices was in line with contracts stipulation. The mixture of powders from ZrO2 stabilized with 10% of Y2O3 for a rammed mix and mortar were delivered to purchasers (export to Russia) in a certain amount.
