Work purpose - introduction into practical use of new configurations of alumosilicate fired and unfired products and the manufacture of trial lots. Research methods - thermomechanical and chemical. Laboratorial investigations on a more accurate specifying of the manufacture technological parameters of pressed chamotte dense products, of vibrocast largesized mullitecorundum and siliconcarbide containing mullite corundum products. Trial lots of pressed products of 4 standard sizes and of 7 types of vibrocast products were produced. Trial pressed chamotte products were characterized by open porosity up to 16 % and a compression strength up to 55 MPa. Vibrocast largesized siliconcarbide containing mullitecorundum products were characterized by a porosity up to 19,7 %, compression strength up to 119 MPa as well as a mass share Al2O3 up to79. The manufacture technological parameters of intricately shaped unfired burning blocks from chamotte castable were finished off. Produced trial burning blocks from chamotte castable were characterized by a compression strength after 7 days of solidifacation up to 65 - 81 MPa and by a porosity up to 13 - 15%. The manufacture technological parameters of mullitecorundum products as flame cutlers were more accurately specified. They were produced using a thermoplastic casting. Products were characterized by a porosity up to 20%, thermal shock resistance more than 15 heat cycles (1000o C - air) and a mass share of Al2O3 and ZrO2 72,5 and 12,4 accordingly. In correspondence with requirements of consumers within the bounds of the given work trial lots of mullitecorundum bushings of steam generators and tubes a total volume of orders were produced.
