The diffusion approximation of branched processes with parameters depended of random environment is investigated. The optimal designs of samp­ling techniques are worked out; comparative analysis of its precision is done and also the software for econometric mo­del construction is created. The theoretical background is worked out for the forecast and simulation of the behaviour of a radioactive contamination process. It is expected that using our results will allow cheaper (with respect to physical and/or chemical methods) procedure of investigating the radioactive contamination. Concepts of sets of not dominant and carefull strategy and concept of Nash equilibrity are generalized for multicriterial case. The necessary and suffi­cient conditions of Nash's and Sleiter's optimality are proved. Problems of minimax mean-square estimation of parameters of singular boundary value Neumann problems for the linear elliptic equations are investigated under special restrictions on the unknown data.
