Head Dunikov A.,, Registration Date 28-04-2005 Organization The open joint stock company " The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named A.S.Berezhnoy" popup.description2 Subject of investigation - testing techniques and equipment for determination of refractory products properties as well as those for ceramics.Work purpose - developing and mastering the testing techniques of bending strength determination for refractories and ceramics; gas impermeability determination for refractory products (excluders for thermal converters); mastering the temperature measurement technique under the use of "black body" model and the "Spectropir 10" pyrometer; improvement and production of testing equipment.Investigation method - theoretical and experimental investigations and design.The technique of bending strength determination for refractory materials at ambient temperature was developed using analysis of 16 standards for the method of testing under binding ceramics as well as dense-, lightweight- and unshaped-refractory materials.The method of testing under sample binding for electrical ceramics according GOST 24409-80 has been mastered.The methods of gas impermeability testing for carbide-silicic excluders and temperature measurement in the Tamman high-temperature electric furnace with the use of "black body" model and the "Spectropir 10" pyrometer were mastered.The differential method of temperature determination under loading was examined. The differential corundum systems for deformation measurement were made.Works on improvement of testing apparatus for deformation temperature determination under loading according to ISO 1893-89 and GOST 4070-2000 were carried out.The results of research scientific works are implemented in practice of 10-th Laboratory of OJSC "The UkrNIIO named after A.S.
