Aim of the study: To investigate the adolescents irradiated in the term of the intrauterine development in distant periods after the Chernobyl accident on the basis of the results of complex clinical-laboratory examination. The peculiarities of functioning organs and systems in postnatal term of oncogenesis depending on gestation age and dose of fetal radiation were determined. Dyshormonic type of the physical development was more frequently noted in children irradiated in the early terms. The phatological formation of puberty and the increase in the thyroid size were revealed from weeks of the intrauterine development. An improvement of the functioning surfactant respiratory system, the decrease in intensity of free radical processes in organism biomedium were observed. The presence of dissatisfied adaptation of the cardiovascular system against the environmental conditions is caused by dyscoordinated changes in the indices of operative regulation in the cardiac rhythm. Maximal rate of deformity of the gall-bladder, the hernia and the oesophageal diaphragm opening are registered in children irradiated before the 8 week of gestation that explains the abnormal processes of embryogenesis.
