Under the usage of long-term incubation (144 hours) of lymphocytes and conventional chromosome analysis the influence of thyroid pathology the induction of cytogenetic effects in the offspring of irradiated parents have been established. It have been showed that in the short-term cultures the significant acceleration of the intensity of the delayed chromosome mutagenesis have been observed only in children born to parents at which ionizing radiation appeared as the factor of the environmental contamination.
