The aim of work - to study the changes metabolism in the organism of rats in couditions of a combinend action of fractionated ionizing radiation and collateral injection of polyplatillen after irradiation. Methods: hematological, radioimmunological, biochemical, physico-chemical, morphological. Fractionated irradiation and parallel use of polyplatillen after irradiation causes increase of urea during the whole period of study and increase of MDA at the end of the term of the study (the 28-th day). Other indexes (alcaline phosphates, AlAT, AsAT, T3, T4 hormon content) became normal at the end of experiment. An icrease of the quantity of the patological cells in the lymphoide and in the granulocyte raws of haemopoesis. Destructive changes in the cells of thyroid gland, of kidness and of intestine were found. Studies revealed the groups of cells in this organs with an increased functional activity. The use of polyplatillen prevented the development of a significant destructive process in the hepatocytes. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
