These peculiarities are: the absence of the expressed intensity of pain, dominance of dyspeptic symptoms in a clinical picture, loss of seasonal prevalence, incompleteness of remissions. The peculiarities in clinical picture and currency are substantially caused by accompanying diseases of alimentary system and also other organs and systems pathology, which frequency was enlarged with the age of the patients. The exacerbation of disease at a part of the patients was accompanied by formation of ulcer, or - acute ulcer in mucosa of duodenal intestine. Most frequently ulcers were taped at the patients of young age. The currency of duodenal intestine ulcer at the surveyed patients is characterized by atrophic processes in a mucosa progresses and and deterioration of astomach acidogenic function.
