Results: Based on the data of registers postaccidental changes of health in cohort of recovery operation workers (68000 men) and in that of evacuees (45000 men and women) were investigated; for that nontumour incidence, disability and mortality rates were used with respect to age, radiation dose and sex. For some pathology forms (neurotic disorders, cerebrovascular pathology, thyroid diseases, chronic bronchitis, stomach ulcer etc.) negative changes with dose increase (below 1 Gy) were observed.
