The purpose: Methodical maintenance of definition of ultralow levels TUE in biosamples. Methods: mathematical, radiochemical, spectrometer, alpha - radiometric. The complex of methods for definition of ultralow levels ТUE in biosamples (feces, urine, a bone tissue) and a technique of radiometry of alpha - radiating of isotopes in samples with the help of track detectors of nuclear radiation is developed. New radiochemical methods allow to reduce considerably time and to simplify process of radiochemical processing of samples. Testing of the developed techniques is carried out by measurement of contents Pu-239 in 19 samples of a bone tissue and in samples of feces and urine of 84 professionals which work has been connected to sources ionising radiations, and also at inhabitants of clean and radioactive polluted territories.
