Karazin popup.description2 Objects of study: synthetic heterocyclic compounds, erythrocyte membranes, erythrocytes, homogenates of rat liver. Aim of work - to study the peculiarities of the effect of low intensity laser irradiation of different wavelengths on structural and functional characteristics of biological objects and the new synthetic heterocyclic fotoacceptor compounds with potential biological activity screening. Methods of study: radiophysical, biophysical, biochemical, physico-chemical, mathematical. Biological effects of low intensity laser irradiation in red (632.8 nm), submillimetre (70.5, mm) and ultraviolet (UF) (337,1 nm) ranges on the structural and functional characteristics of erythrocytes were studied. The fotoacceptor and antioxidant properties of score new synthetic heterocyclic compounds were screened. Effects of laser irradiation on the erythrocyte membranes state have different directions. The antioxidant and fotoacceptor properties most of the new synthetic heterocyclic compounds have been obtained. This work significance is in the substantiation of the biological objects irradiation conditions in the presence of new synthetic heterocyclic fotoacceptor compounds.
