Karazin popup.description2 Objects of the research are qualitative methods of study of initial-boundary problems of mathematical physics. In this work boundary problems concerned with mathematical model of difraction of electromagnetic waves on the non-ideal conductor and mathematical models of bending of plates with transverse shear deformation, on one part of the boundary deformation is given, and on another one rotational moment and bending moment are given. The goal of the work is the proof of existence, uniqueness, and stability of solutions of the problems. Research methods are methods of potential theory. The work is of theoretical nature. The results may be used for construction of numerical algorithms of solution of integral-differential equations, that rise from problems of diffraction of electromagnetic and bending of plates with transverse shear deformation.
