Research Goal on the first stage: Theoretical summarizing the development of the latest innovations within a science-based formalization technique that is almost ubiquitously embraced - the geographic information system (GIS) with an erosional process module. Research and Development Methods: Geoinformation modeling methods; Microsoft Visual C++ and MapBasic 6.5 development methods. Development results on the first stage: These results will stay mainly in the theoretical grounds for future research. In general, there are conclusions in 17 items.
