Karazin popup.description2 Object of examinations — thin films with a light sensitivity in a real time; with an abnormal ionic conductivity; films ferroelectrics and ferroelastics. The purpose of the work — study of nonlinear optical effects in photosensitive films; exciton spectra and constitution of an electronic energy distribution in films of ternary compounds on the basis of halogenids of metals. Methods of investigation — vacuum preparation of films, their irradiation by a monochromatically light, spectroscopic and diffraction measuring, microscopic examinations of morphology and structure. In thin AgCl-Ag films it was found and investigated a formation of hexagons at irradiation of the films by p-polarized laser light in conditions of competition TE0 and TM0 modes. The found hexagons have small transversal wave vectors and exist in narrow interval of the angles of oncidence. A kinetics of formation of spontaneous gratings and optical turbulence was studied; thresholds were determined of generation and contact of the micrografings, and threshold was found for strong optical turbulence. The empirical laws were set of dependence of mean frequency on exposure time and power of laser beam. The competition of TE0 and TM0 modes at gratings' generation was studied at small declination of laser beam from the normal to the AgCl-Ag film. The new data were obtained about energetic electron spectrum of the multicomponent compounds and effects of thermal memory in thin films of ferroelastic Rb2CdI4 were investigated. The results SIW are applied to further development of the theory of nonlinear optical effects; for prediction of properties of compounds with an abnormal ionic conductivity; for further development of the theory of excitons in complex compounds.
