The aim of work - build-up of the theory low dimension spin systems in a mag-netic field, the theory of de Haaza - van Alphena and Aaronova - Boma effects in quantum points, theories of new types of waves in nanostructures, theories of a magnet-ism of quantum rings. A research technique - quantum Green functions, functional integrals. The complex of new common methods of theoretical investigation of spin systems of a manifold physical origin designed. The concept of spin - coordinate correspondence and exposition of quantum spin systems with the help of potential fields is advanced. On a base of the suggested method of effective potentials the physical properties of mag-netic spin systems have been investigated and new classes of precise decisions of Schredinger equationses have been opened. The conductors with the impurity atoms, capable to localize electrons in a mag-netic field have been considered. The functional methods are used for study magnetoim-purity states of electrons. These condition are taken into account in Keldysh formalism. The theory is illustrated by the example of twodimensional electronic gas with the impu-rity atoms in a quantizing magnetic field. The characteristics of magnetoimpurity states in a case of Gauss separable impurity potential have been calculated.
