Objective: studying of plasmochemical formation conditions of the plate material with ionic conductivity by use of vacuum-plasma methods. Investigation method: experimental determination influence parameters of formation different composition coatings on them properties under magnetron and vacuum arc deposition. It was carried out different methods formation coatings deposition ZrO2 on base zirconium for solid oxide fuel cells - some of perspective of alternate power units. The effect of general parameters by use of vacuum-plasma methods deposition on properties of coatings for solid electrolyte thin films was investigated. Working parameters deposition ZrO2 for modernized VUP-5M were determined. Results these investigation supplement an existing database to a magnetron method deposition ZrO2 with ionic conductivity. It is shown, that application of a vacuum - arcmethod with separation of plasma from droplet component allows to use it for formation qualitative thin electrolyte that is made for the first time. Conditions of reception of such coatings are determined. Results R&D are used at definition of parameters of optimization of processes of coatings deposition in technological development and the further researches directed on reception of coatings with given properties. The investigation results were used to determine optimization parameters of reactive deposition in technological researches and in further investigations aimed on obtaining coatings with predetermined properties.
