Karazin popup.description2 The objects of studies were materials of various electronic structures: metals (Ti, amorphous alloy on iron base); organic and bioorganic materials. The aim of work was getting new data about the basic characteristics of secondary ion emis-sion and emission of excited particles of materials with various electronic structures; clearing out the influence on these characteristics chemical and electronic structures of a solid and composition of sputtered particles. Methods of research were the energy-mass-spectrometry of secondary ions and the optical spectral analys of emission of excited particles. Energy distributions of secondary ions Fe+ and Co+ emitted from a surface of amorphous alloy on iron base at their bombardment by a beam of Ar+ ions with energy 18 keV and the influ-ence on these distributions of an adsorbat presence on surfaces of materials were studied. Energy distributions of atomic secondary ions were broad, occupy an energy range from 0 up to 2000 eV; at residual oxygen pressure (~ 10-7 Pa) the most probable energy of these ions were in the range 100ё300 eV; the influence of oxygen resulted in considerable changes of the energy distributions, the maximum of the distribution moved down to low energies (10-20 eV). The results of analysis of radiation of excited particles showed the significant influence of electronic structure of a solid (metal Ti) because of an influence of processes of resonant ionization and resonant neutralization on a yield of excited atoms and ions of titanium. The researches of a number of organic and bioorganic objects using ions methods of diag-nostics were done. The results of researches may be used at formation of new materials with the given proper-ties; for clearing out of the general mechanisms of interaction of medium energy ions with materials and creation of the unified theory of these processes; and also in diagnostics of materials, including organic and bioorganic, at an atomic level.
