Karazin popup.description2 The object of investigation: DNA, biological active substances - caffeine and actinocin derivative, daunomycin, calf serum albumin, model lipid membranes, plasma erythrocyte membranes. The purpose of work: The conformation change of poly (C) The study on influence of ionizing radiation on structure and physical characteristics biological macromolecules and their interactions with biological active substances and water. Methods: Molecular dynamics, quantum chemical calculations, HF-dielectrometry, fluorescence spectroscopy. The basic results: By method of competitive binding is established, that at the presence of a caffeine there are changes of a conformation poly (C) and caffeine-matrix interaction. The constant of binding largely depends on matrix conformation. The method of a polarized fluorescence and optical spectroscopy investigated interaction antitumor anthracycline daunomycine with lecitine vesicles in a broad range of biopolymer-ligand relation. Is established, that at binding with liposomesascending intensity and polarization of daunomycine fluorescence. Absorption spectrums in a visible band is robust do not change. Influence ?-radiatiоn on albumine structure in water solutions is explored. The hydrations of albumine given about a degree in dependence on a radiation dose and temperature are obtained. Character of change of dielectric parameters and hydration degree with increasing of temperature depends on concentration of protein in solution. By method of fluorescent spectroscopy is established, that the radioresistance of plasma membranes of erythrocytes is largely conditioned by presence of haemoglobin molecules on their surface. The essential changes of physical characteristics of a lipid component and surface charge of plasma membranes of erythrocytes irradiated without a haemoglobin as contrasted to with plasma membranes, irradiated in a complex with a haemoglobin are registered.
