Karazin popup.description2 The object of investigation: radiational defects in layered structures and elements of solid electronics, conditions of their formation; processes of radiational modification of materials; radiational monitoring systems; objects of experimental studies EKDB-10-5 end EKES-0,01-5. The aim of the investigation: obtaining new data on the mechanisms of radiational modification of materials; development of technological methods of producing layered structures; development of methods of identifying structure defects of radiational origin on the basis of comparing alpha and gamma irradiation affects on the amplitude dependence of internal friction (IF); determination of the information properties system for identifying radiational defects; development of methods for integrated processing of data in the radiational monitoring systems. Methods of investigation and equipment:alpha and gamma irradiation, mechanical spectroscopy, methods of the system analysis, methods of physical and mathematical simulation, methods of the identification theory, methods of geoinformatiom. The next main results have been obtained in the result of the second stage of this SRW: - we have studied the dependence of the internal friction of single crystals of Si of p and n-types with a low density of dislocation ~ 10 cm-2 on amplitude e0 of a cyclic elastic deformation, type of irradiation with the orientation of normal stresses s parallel to directions <011 > і <211 >; - we have established that in contrast to bombardment by alpha-particles where several maxima where observed (A, B, C) on the amplitude dependence VT, after gamma-irradiation only one maximum is observed connected with the formation of E-centres, which can be used identifying the type of irradiation; - methods and algorithms of determining the optimal system of informational properties for identifying radiational defects have been developed; - new methods of integrated processing the data in the systems of radiational monitoring on the basis of the system approach, of geoinformational simulation of the territory and constructing and analyzing difference tables which characterize the dynamics of processes taking place on the controlled territory have been developed.
