Karazin popup.description2 The object of researches were modern composite materials: non-corrosive steel, tungsten film on non-corrosive steel, tungsten film on copper covering deposited on non-corrosive steel; organic materials: pure glycerol matrix and bromothymol blue organic dye solution in glycerol. The aim of the work was studying of processes of forming of radiation defects in modern composite materials at their irradiation by D2+ ions of medium energies; studying of radiation effects in organic materials irradiated by ions. The methods of studying were: an implantation of ions of medium energies, thermodesorption mass spectrometry (TDM), mass spectrometry of secondary ions (SIMS). Processes of forming of radiation defects in modern composite materials at their irradiation by D2+ ions of medium energies were studied. It was shown that intrinsic matrix defects and implanted particles of bombarding beam were accumulated in samples. Coefficients of deuterium trapping were determined and an estimation of deuterium re-emissionduring irradiation was done. Spectra of deuterium thermal desorption from modern composite materials at various fluences of irradiation were analyzed. Energies of activation of deuterium desorption from studied materials were determined. It was supposed that implanted deuterium ions were trapped in radiation vacancies forming systems that at post-radiation heating can transform releasing deuterium particles. Released gas particles migrated through sample bulk to a surface and than desorbed in vacuum. Characteristic fragments of mass spectra of secondary ions of glycerol and organic dye bromine thymol blue solution in glycerol were got; changing caused by ion irradiations at various modes were studied. The results can be used at developments of new materials with given properties and in science of structural materials; at developments of methods of studying of organic materials by SIMS.
