Purpose of the project is determination of magnitudes, colour indexes, the sizes, shapes, spin-vectors and optical properties of main-belt and near-Earth asteroids; determination of polarization parameters of comets and their optical and physical properties, the solving of comet taxonomy problem, improvement and development of new numerical models which correspond to asteroid physical properties, development of methods of CCD-photometry of the fast-moving asteroids. Methods of research: photometric and polarimetric observations, numerical modeling and analysis of data. During 34 nights the photometric observations of 14 asteroids and photometric and polarimetric ones of two comets were carried out. The pole coordinates, sidereal rotation periods and senses of rotation of 11 asteroids have been determined. In the standard BVRI-bands the magnitude-phase dependence of E-type asteroid 214 Aschera in the region of oppositioneffect (up to 0.2 deg) has been measured. It was shown that too low bulk densities of M-type asteroid Psyche, recently obtained by the USA and Russian scientists, are conditioned by overestimated value of asteroid diameter which used. The obtained earlier conclusion that the division of comets into two groups on the basis of their polarization is an artifact, has been confirmed. The method of CCD-photometric observations of the fast-moving asteroids and corresponding software were developed. Obtained results are of great interest from the point of view of both fundamental science and the asteroid hazard problem. The lightcurves and parameters of polarization obtained in this project are included to the international databases "Asteroid Photometric Catalogue" and "Planetary Data System", respectively.
