Goal of the work are research of quasiperiodical intensity changes of solar active regions coronal emission in MgXII l 0.842 nm; obtaining new solar activity data and studying solar flare activity features at 23 cycle with preliminary cycles comparison; elaboration of automation two channel solar monitoring telescope conception. Spectral analysis of X ray integral intensity temporary rows of active regions in MgXII l 0.842 nm line was made. Data for this goal was obtained from spacecraft "Koronas-F". A statistically significant peak of power spectrum was detected at temporary interval periods from 12 to 30 and from 40 to 200 minutes. It was been showed power spectrum of active region NOAA 9840 at this periods interval changed after new magnetic field emergency. Five minutes peak was not be detected. Data for 40 solar flares and 36 eruptive events was being obtained for 44 observation days by international solar service program. Obtained data have being sent to WorldData Center (Boulder, USA) and was being published by international edition (SGD). Indication of Geomagnetic field disturbances on AI of KhNU web site "Space Weather" was being improvement. Observations of Venus transit on solar disk were being successful by spectroheliograph and AZT-8. Findings will be being utilized in the future researches. Daily X-ray flare indexes (XFI) and numbers of X-ray flares from 01.01.1981 to 30.06.2004 were being calculated. Current cycle peculiarity by these indexes in comparison with preliminary ones was be discovered. Automation two channel solar monitoring telescope conception was being elaborated.
