The temperature differences higher than 73 K are obtained in single stage coolers with 0.3 mm long TE pellets, what proves the high efficiency of the developed technology. Notable reduction of temperature difference takes place for 0.2 mm long TE pellets what is in good agreement with theoretical prediction.
