The set of main experimental parameters of magnetron discharge in coaxial electrode system has been determined. It was determined the conditions ranges for cleaning of internal faces of tube wires and for deposition of coatings. The procedure for calculation of current distribution in magnetron discharge with cylindrical geometry has been developed.
