The mechanism of environmental factors participation in induction of premature aging of organism at the level of atructural-functional changes in mitochondrial membrancs was investigated. It was established that some indices of vitality of insects were minimal in flies which were given sodium nitroprusside. Addition of dinitrophenol led to uncoupling of respiration and oxidative phosphorylation in mitochondria and homogenates of inerased temperature and uncoupler on insects were detected.
