The intensiny free radical oxidization of blood they lipids and liver homoqenate was determined by chemiluminescence (HL) by means of chemolumsnometre in the photon-count mode. The experimental studies did enabled to find that xenotransplantation culture of crioconcerving of mikrofragments of pancreas results in anti glychemical effect depending to a certain extent on the site of transplantation. Blood glucose reduction ratewithin the early postransplatation period depeds on the trasplantation method. In-liver and in-spleen transplantation as well as under capsule introduction of kidneys appeared to significally more efficient than intramuscular transplantation. Transplantation of mikrofragments of newborn piglings to rats suffering from alloxanic diabetes contributes to the level of lipids oxidization in blood and liver.
