The aim of the research is to explain the phenomenon of the irmer sense of the student's personal culture in the general process of Ms upbringing and preparing to adequate choice. The methods of research - is the theoretical analysis of the condition of the problem in theory and practice, the forming experiment, pedagogical observation. The main results: it has been examined how the process of teaching and upbringing forms the personal culture as well through developing the culture of speech activity and the culture of behaviour, inner moral and aesthetic regulators of behaviour. The application of the developed teaching program in pedagogics has been made and a number of matters which concern such special courses as: "Self - upbringing ", "Personal Pedagogics", "Teacher Artistic Awareness". "Ecological Culture as a Pedagogic Problem", "Student Speech Culture", "Environmental Pedagogics", "Teacher Histtorical and Pedagogic Education " has been considered. The forming experiment has been made on the basis of the unified difference and the usage of individual and personal approach. The directness on positive feeling presupposed the definition of such phenomena as teleology, ontopedagogics. environmental pedagogics, speech activity, language preparation. language culture, speech culture and student clear attitude towards these problem. The problem of forming of informational culture, moral and social responsibility of a modern specialist is analyzed. Artistic - ethic and moral fundamentals of informational culture are considered.
