Karst.) in Ukrainian Carpathians, three natural populations (Samos, Kos and Cyprus islands) and one artificial stand (city of Baku) of Italian cypress (Cupressus sempervirens L.), variability dynamics of genetic structure in seed progeny of Scotch pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) populations subjected to the impact of chemical enterprise emission has been studied. Tracing of connections between individual heterozygosity and sexual reproduction indices in Pinus sylvestris L., Pinus mugo Turra., Abies alba Mill. has been conducted. It have been determined that in Norway Spruce the proportion of polymorphic loci (P99) was on average 79,9% and both observed (HO) and expected (HE) heterozygosities were 0,156. Mean values of the basic indices of genetic polymorphism for Italian cypress were the following: P99=70,0%, HO=0,146, HE=0,180, the mean value of alleles per locus (A) - 2,146, that of genotypes (Pg) - 2,492. Lower heterozygosity has been revealed for GOT and GDH loci in seed embryos of plants from P. sylvestris populations heavily damaged by emissions of chemical enterprises producing nitrogen fertilizers, comparatively to seed embryos of populations from background pollution zone. P. sylvestris plants from populations in the territory of Ukraine with maximum productivity of full-grained seeds are characterized by lower heterozygosity level than average populational level. The increased heterozygosity level is peculiar to P. sylvestris plants with high percentage of empty-grained seeds. Tolerance to sulfurous gas of Picea abies (L.) Karst. sprouts, has been studied. These sprouts were grown from the trees significantly differing in the level of full-grained productivity seeds per cone. Demographic and vitality structures of arboreal plants populations independently inhabiting technogenously polluted and disturbed territories of Donbass have been investigated along with physical and chemical properties of mine dump rock under spontaneously formed arboreal plants populations. Selection of the most tolerant specimens of Robinia pseudoacacia, Fraxinus excelsior, Acer negundo growing on technogenously polluted territories has been conducted.
