The new version of model construction of primary production definition on satellite viewing has been developed. It includes two features: а) a wide range of spatial and temporary scales; б) influence of environmental factors on variability of photosynthetic parameters. The generalization of materials on temporal and spatial variability of inorganic nitrogen and phosphorus uptake rates by microplankton has been carried out.
