In economics of Ukraine the international tourism should be examined as an open circuit on which one the following factors influence: economics, policy, ecology, technologies, природно-geographic resources and so forth. It in turn results to irregular allocatio of tourist's-recreational resources in all terrain of country. The economical diagnostic and forecasting of development of the regional market of tourist services will allow to define problematic aspects in tourism, to open their nature and to elaborate the gear of overcoming of negative phenomena, constrain development of international tourism.
