The purpose of work: to create the theoretical foundation and a technique by equilibrium control in chemically modified heterogeneous and microheterogeneous mediums, to obtain the materials that perspective for test and hybrid analytical methods of toxicants and microcomponents. Methods: рotentiometry, spectrophotometry, spectroscopy of diffuse reflections, atom-absorption spectroscopy, chemometric. Results and novelty: the medium effects of gelatinous gel on the acid-base properties of immobilized indicators (bromphenol blue, bromcresol green, neutral red, malachite green) are investigated. For the first time it was revealed, that effects of medium in gelatinous gel are similar to effects of micellar solutions of ionic surfactants and depend of a prevailing charge ionic groups of gelatins molecules. The possibility of use gelatinous films with immobilized indicators as tests-means for the рН control was shown. It was proposed the gelatinous film with immobilized pyridilazoresorsin for the test-determination of sum concentration of metals; the determination technique was developed and its metrological characteristics are evaluated. The normalized Reichardt's parameter of polarity on silica surfaces using the diffusion reflections spectra of dye was estimated. These values indicates the formation of surface layer of a sorbent similar on the aqueous-organic mixtures. The structure and thermodynamic stability of Cu (ІІ)-complexes with aliphatic amines, that bonded on silica surface were determined. Field of application: the chemical analysis.
