The aim of work is to develop the polymer-bitumen material for fractures filling in asphalt concrete pavement. Methods of researches are analytical-experimental. Equipment used - a freezing chamber, a rupture machine with cryo-camera, and a camera of artificial climate "Feutron" type. Results: the demands for polymer-bitumen material are developed. Present studies innovation is in development of a new material for joints and fractures filling during pavement repairs.
