Economico-speculative sides of applicable divisions are considered: of the final product, of the capacity, of the virtue, of the effectiveness of labour process. On principle modem approaches to measurement of the final product and of the effectiveness of labour process, economico-mathematical models their mutual communication and mechanisms of regulation are offered. On the basis of generalizing the corresponding approaches to economic process and to activity of a entity (from factory and his subdivision to national complex) as sum-total of applicable economic processes by aid of author's methods of estimation of the final effects of economic operation are considered. Backbones of regulation of effectiveness of activity of a entity are rated. On instances of the concrete factories and economy of Ukraine approaches to practical use findings are operated.
