Gorky popup.description2 In this research work the analysis of epidemiological situation on tuberculosis in Donetsk oblast for 20 years is carried out. Atypical course of tuberculosis during epidemic became apparent in growth of morbidity and mortality rate, increase of proportion such acute and advanced forms of tuberculosis, as caseous pneumonia, disseminated tuberculosis, polyserositis. Significance of factors, which affect clinical course and outcomes of tuberculosis, is determined. These factors are: resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to anti-tuberculosis drugs, harmful impact of professional and ecological factors, co-infection tuberculosis and HIV, high proportion of patients from penitentiary system. The peculiarities of epidemic tuberculosis are learned. It is discovered that the central pathogenic link of TB during epidemic is broncho-obstructive syndrome. Diagnostic criteria of broncho-obstructive syndrome and methodic of pathogenic therapy of such forms of tuberculosis are elaborated. Some alternative methodsof treatment are learned; in particular, positive experience of thoracoplastic in treatment of polyresistant pulmonary tuberculosis is registered.
